We frequently add bedrooms and bathrooms to basements or attics. We upgrade or relocate laundry rooms. We design and construct storage systems. We install room-brightening skylights as well as egress windows which can be minimally sized to meet fire-safety code or oversized to let in more light and fresh air to your room. We can also size the egress window large enough to allow for a terraced garden right outside your basement windows.

We can raise the roof in attics to allow for more comfortable headroom and additional living space. In basements, we can create more headroom by lowering the floor. All of this can be done while you remain in your home.
