Project Spotlight: Creating an open floor concept in a 1926 Bungalow

The first floor of this 1926 Bungalow had many small rooms and did not flow very well. The homeowner wanted to open the first floor to create a more inclusive feel to the entire space. We removed support walls, added to support columns through the basement. We removed the dining room, hallway, closet walls and the chimney to open the space up.
